Key Skills:
- 0 – 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Good communication in Tamil & English.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
Job Description:
- To manage and resolve client requests and inquiries.
- Respond to high volume incoming calls from clients pleasantly and gently.
- Document all call details based on normal operating procedures.
- Able to resolve consumer queries in a timely and qualitative manner.
- No Target, Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 09.30 A.M. – 6.00 P.M. (Including Saturday)
