Qualification: Any degree

Experience: 1 – 2yrs

Location: Chennai

Key Skills:

  • 0 – 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  •  Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  •  Good communication in Tamil & English.
  •  Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.

Job Description:

  •  To manage and resolve client requests and inquiries.
  • Respond to high volume incoming calls from clients pleasantly and gently.
  • Document all call details based on normal operating procedures.
  • Able to resolve consumer queries in a timely and qualitative manner.
  • No Target, Follow-up customer calls where necessary.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours:  09.30  A.M. – 6.00 P.M. (Including Saturday)
